The Plast leaders supports the application of the Security Service of Ukraine, and urges every Plastun/ka, the Plast leaders of all levels automatically ignore services, which are registered in the domain system “ru”
Every day the news reminds us that on the Eastern front our citizens get killed or receive wounds from the outside aggressor. The other front is domestic – the transformation of the practically Soviet Ukraine into the modern European country. However, there is also a third front, which comes across our hearts and minds – the fostering of a new society like we sing in our Anthem.
Each of us, even the youth, can do so much every day for the incipience and the development of the civil society, born with the Maidan. Every request in the search systems especially in Ukrainian makes the Ukrainian-language Internet content more popular and commercially successful. Every deleted account (yours and your friends’) in the Russian social media reduces the opportunities and the influence of the imperial Kremlin on Ukraine.
The Plast leaders supports the application of the Security Service of Ukraine, and urges every Plastun/ka, the Plast leaders of all levels automatically ignore services, which are registered in the domain system “ru” (until the legislation of the Russian Federation is active, which violates the rights of the Internet users’ privacy). In particular, it means that corresponding email addresses need to be removed from all Plast distribution lists on the Internet and all Plast pages need to be eliminated from such social medias (Вконтакте, Однакласники and others).
Being the leaders of the society, we need to become those, who will guide the process of the country’s change and lead by example.
Parents! Without your understanding and support, your own example, it will be very difficult for the Plast instructors to promote self-education of your children on the basis of loyalty to God and Ukraine, and love of the neighbor. We ask you to become the primary example for this important topic of the forming of civil society in Ukraine, free from the colonial legacy.
In return we suggest using a number of services, which don’t violate the authors’ rights and comply with the international laws.
